Photoshop Tip - Using lens blur

You can use the Photoshop lens blur filter to create a focal point in an image.
The original image (top) shows even sharpness of the reflected buildings and the basketballs going down the sidewalk. With lens blur applied in the second image, the Grizzle and Hueys menu are the focal point.
