Roosevelt Russell was "working the streets" on the Main Street Mall in Memphis this hot Sunday afternoon. Says he's a disabled vet from Memphis. Very talkative but hard to understand all that he is saying. Anyway, he posed for this picture for a "small donation". What a sport!
